 Do you want to expand your food preservation knowledge and pantry? The processor’s add-on provides access to select EBF excess crops in bulk for processing. Tomatoes, cabbage, fruits, garlic, and herbs can be anticipated on a bulk rolling basis for at-home processing. Included with the Processor’s share are EBF staff favorite storage recipes, methods, and tricks for processing at home. Perfect for the food enthusiast who wants the tastes of summer stored away for the winter and has pantry or freezer storage space available. Pick-up schedules will be determined based on demand. Participants can anticipate a minimum of 5 pick ups for the season, primarily July-September. Pickups will vary in crop and quantity, but can be up to 25 pounds of tomatoes!  Join the EBF team in preserving the harvest bounty!
