As the growing season goes, each vegetable naturally finds its time to shine. And each year, we have the chance to witness this magic as we patiently await each week’s harvest. 

We’ve reached the sweet summer peak of vegetable fruiting season, long awaited vibrant tomatoes, velvety eggplant, zesty tomatillos, and tender summer squash now readily available for the picking.

Tonight, we celebrate this process as each vegetable has reached our plates, as each vegetable comes together to create this meal. 

And tonight, we celebrate one another, right here in our home, on this land where this food was grown.
